Hilton Worldwide staged a ‘Food & Beverage Commercial and Leadership Conference’ for over 300 international delegates, over 3 days in Barcelona. The event consisted of a 360-degree stage, workshops and amazing evening entertainment. Commissioned by our good friends at Progress, we captured the heart of the event via film and photography. In the months leading up to the conference, we also created films and animations for the event's big screens... entertaining the delegates as well as educating.
We really got into in sync with the vision of Hilton's team and what they wanted to achieve at the conference, workshops and evening functions. This enabled us to cover many venues at once and know exactly what moments would contribute to the best overview film of the 3-4 days. Watch the film below.
In the months leading up to the event we filmed at some amazing locations to provide films and multimedia content for the screens at the event itself. We captured a beautiful film on Hilton's food sustainability program at ChalkStream trout farm on a sunny day in Hampshire and at London’s famous Billingsgate Market at 4am on a cold winter morning. See the films at the bottom of this page.
Photography played a big part in providing the Hilton team with a record of the event, but was also a key tool for ensuring the delegates were engaged daily. We would provide imagery every morning highlighting the previous day. Workshops, cocktail competitions, glorious food and parties into the night were captured and ready for the next day!
Our drone in action over ChalkStream Foods Trout Farm. Perfect day for it!

“I worked closely with Indigo during my time at Hilton EMEA Corporate Office. We collaborated on several projects, they are flexible, creative and quick to react. The quality of their work is exceptional. Their easy going approach allowed them to capture moments that others might have missed and their professionalism and hard work were some of the key components to the success of the event, an invaluable support to teams running the conference.”
